Washing machine drainage pump

The washing machine is basically one of the essential household appliances, and with the help of the washing machine, it can greatly liberate human resources. When people choose and buy washing machines, they not only need to face the selection difficulties brought by many brands, but also often hesitate about the way the washing machine drains water up and down. What is the difference between upper and lower drainage of washing machines?
The drainage methods of washing machines are divided into upper drainage type and lower drainage type (the upper drainage type washing machine mainly discharges sewage from the top of the washing machine through the washing machine drainage pump, while the lower drainage type washing machine generally directly discharges sewage from the bottom of the washing machine through the drainage pipe). Regardless of whether it is a normal washing machine or a fully automatic washing machine, as long as the washing machine designed for upper drainage type drainage is equipped with a drainage pump (micro water pump). When assembling a wave wheel washing machine, the drain pump is connected to an electromagnetic drain valve, while a roller type fully automatic washing machine does not have a drain valve. The drain pump is generally directly connected to a circulating water pipe and a drain pipe.
1. Check whether the drain filter on the lower right side of the washing machine is blocked by fluff and dirt. If it is blocked, clean it. Rotate the filter in a counterclockwise direction and gently pull it out. After removing fluff and dirt, wash it with clean water, and then place it in place and tighten it.
2. Check and clean the connecting pipe between the corrugated pipe and the drain filter. The dirt in the connecting pipe between the filter and the washing machine drainage pump and the drainage pipeline should be removed to ensure that the drainage pipeline is smooth. For washing machines using a cover pole drain pump, check whether the cooling fan of the drain pump is blocked. Due to transportation or other reasons, the plastic cooling fan of the drainage pump may be entangled or blocked by debris, preventing the fan from rotating and preventing the rotation of the drainage pump.
3. Due to improper use, coins, buttons, and other objects fell into the drainage pump cavity, blocking the rotation of the drainage pump impeller and preventing it from draining. The cover of the impeller chamber of the drainage pump can be opened to remove foreign matters, and the fault can be eliminated.
4. Small pieces of clothing entered between the inner and outer cylinders and pressed against the lower drain of the outer cylinder, blocking the drain. At this point, open the back cover of the washing machine, remove the heater or bellows, and use tweezers to remove the clothes.
5. The drainage pump becomes damp and rusty, causing the rotor to fail to rotate, causing the drainage pump to fail to discharge water. Remove the drain pump, remove the rust, and add lubricant to eliminate the fault.
6. Check whether the two wires of the washing machine drainage pump have fallen off. If the wires connected to the drainage pump are intact, use a multimeter to measure the DC resistance of the drainage pump.
